Meaning of Sapramāṇa

In Sanskrit, Sapramāṇa (सप्रमाण) translates to "with validity" or "accompanied by proof." Derived from the roots "Sa" (स), meaning "with," and "Pramāṇa" (प्रमाण), meaning "measure" or "proof," the term emphasizes authenticity and reliability.
Dr. Sylvia Strahl has dedicated the last 18 years to seeking the authentic, ancient knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, utilizing her studies, her own personal experience and meditation on the concepts Ayurveda presents.
Sapramāṇa is our mission statement, reflecting our commitment to practices grounded in evidence and tradition, authentic knowledge and reasoning.
