We are so honored you are joining us for this retreat. Your deposit secures your space and allows us to commit to accommodations, staffing, and planning.
All retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer.
Accommodation payments are refundable up to 45 days prior to the retreat start date. After this time, accommodation costs become non-refundable due to commitments made on your behalf.
If the retreat were to be cancelled, all participants would be notified promptly and eligible payments would be refunded accordingly.
Because life can be unpredictable, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
