What is the purpose of Panchakarma?
Panchakarma is done to eliminate toxins, balance the doshas, and restore overall health and well-being.
To prepare the body for any of these Treatments, Purvakarma must be performed first, which includes Abhyanga and Svedana, herbal formulas and diet recommendations.
