Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy – April 2026 Retreat
Thank you for registering for our April 2026 Retreat. Due to limited space and detailed planning, we have a strict, mostly non-refundable policy. Please read carefully before booking.
1. Cancellation by Participant
2. Substitutions
You may transfer your spot to another participant with written notice at least 60 days before the retreat.
Substitutions made less than 60 days prior will incur a $200 administrative fee, and are at the organizer’s discretion.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses, including airfare, accommodations, or personal costs.
4. Travel & Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or personal issues.
5. Late Arrivals & Early Departures
No refunds are provided for late arrivals, missed retreat days, or early departures.

- Any time after registration: All payments are non-refundable, except in cases noted below.
- Exceptions: If you cancel more than 120 days prior to the retreat start (before December 15, 2025), a 25% of total cost may be refunded (75% retained as non-refundable deposit).
