Find balance between the mind, body and soul as we explore both the spiritual and physical connection to our Feminine Nature.
Each morning will begin with a sunrise Asana, Pranayama and Meditation practice, followed by a Dosha balancing delicious breakfast adhering to the principles of Ayurveda. This will be followed by a deep dive into understanding the Feminine nature with teachings, discussion and activities to engage our awareness and inspire transformation.

An Ayurvedic style catered lunch will be provided after our morning together and afternoons will be free to explore or sign up for optional excursions, which will all have a theme of experiencing activities through our Feminine Nature.
A delicious catered dinner will also be provided most nights so you can relax in your retreat space and feel nourished.
